Dear Camper, we are delighted to have you as our guest and wish you a pleasant stay in our Camping. Will you please read carefully the following: it will help you to make use of facilities and services available and to enjoy a peaceful holiday.
Arrival
Only campers authorized by our reception are allowed to enter the camping. Our entering guests will be registered and they will receive a personal identity card. Which is to show by any entrance.
Camping Pass delivery
Each guest will be given a personal card to show at the entrance of the campsite and at the entrance to the lake. Any infringement in this regard will result in immediate removal from the campsite.
During the holiday. Visits are allowed only during the day.
Any visitor is asked to show a document and he may enter only by foot; if the visit will last more than one hour, there is to pay the daily camping fare. From the 1st of July to the 31st of August the management may limit or even suspend the visits if necessary. So will you please inform us by time of any visit.
Pets
Small pets and dogs of non-dangerous breeds are admitted with the obligation to keep them on a leash. Final cleaning is mandatory.
Driving regulation
On the whole area of the camping motorbikes and motorcycles are not admitted. Cars on the camping roads must drive at a speed not more of 10 km/h. Any circulation is allowed only in case of necessity.It is absolutely forbidden to park the car near the mobilhomes or bungalows. Cars must be parked in the parking place.
Quiet Times
In order to respect the peace of neighbours, the use of radios, televisions, cd-players or any other musical instruments is allowed only from 9 to 13 and from 15 to 23 o’clock, provided that their volume is kept low. From 23.00 to 7.00 and from 13.00 to 15.00 maximum silence must be kept on the camping. Cars incoming after 23.00 must be parked at the entrance of the camping in a special parking area.
Care of children
Parents should please take care of their children constantly, especially in the sanitary facilities, so that they do not disturb, cause damages nor run risks neither in the camping nor in the lake water or at the beach. Playing ball is forbidden between tents, bungalows, caravans and on the roads.
Hygiene
This camping has an accurate cleaning service. In order to keep it as orderly and clean as possible we depend on the help of its guests. All rubbish must be (disposed into the suitable bin) collected in perfectly tied plastic bags and thrown in appropriate containers. Our employees will empty them daily.
Please be careful and responsible in using the water.
Opening Hours of reception and cashier’s office
The reception is open from 8.00 to 21.00 o’clock.
The office for payment of your stay is open daily from 9 to 13 and from 15 to 19 o’clock. Will you please be so kind to pay at least two days before leaving to awoid lines and problems with credit cards. We remind our clients that there is a new law in Italy that limits cash payment to Euro 990,00. Whenever departure takes place after 13.00 o’clock one more day will be charged, independently from the time of arrival.
Swimming-pool regulations
No admittance to balls, mattresses in the swimming-pool. Before taking a bath you’ve to put a bath-cap on.
Damage theft or loss of objects
The management of the camping disclaims all the responsabilities for inconveniences to people or things, for lost or damaged items, as well as for theft. In case our guests will find anything lost or forgotten by other guests, we’d be most grateful if they’d hand it over to our management. Our campsite rents out safety deposit boxes for your valuables beside the ones present in the single structures. Il campers must look after their own personal property.
Booking conditions
It is the management’s option to give priority to the clients request for a specific number of bungalow or mobilhome, but not to guarantee it.
The staff have the right to modify the client’s request, according to availability without prior notice. Within four weeks from confirming their booking a down payment is required from guests.
If we do not receive the down payment within the time specified the booking will be cancelled automatically without further notice. In case of cancellation of the booking up to 30 days prior to arrival date the down payment will be refunded.
In case of departure prior to booking date or arrival later than booking date, the total of the stay will be charged.
All campers must scrupulously observe this regulations. Those who do not follow them will be asked to leave the camping. The observance of these rules will be enough to make your stay at the camping easier and undoubtedly nicer.
Cancellation conditions
Anyone forced to renounce the stay will be entitled to a refund of the deposit in the following ways:
- 0% for cancellation up to 30 days before the beginning of the stay;
- 100% for cancellation from 29 days before the beginning of the stay.
In case of early departure or late arrival all booked days must be paid in full. This regulation must be strictly observed by all campers. Those who do not observe it will be invited to leave the campsite. It will be enough to follow these rules to make your stay at the Camping del Garda easier and decidedly pleasant.
